Scott Jostes, Bennett Clark and Cassie Luhrsen represent Universities at NCAA's

Scott Jostes a CSP swimmer who now competes for the University of Texas had a tremendous showing at the NCAA Division I Championships this past weekend at Texas A & M University. Scott a sophmore for Texas swam on 3 relays that set American records. They were the 200 Free Relay which placed 4th, the 200 Medley Relay which placed 5th and the 800 Free Relay which placed 1st. The 800 Free Relay was the fastest in history breaking the NCAA record and meet record, US Open Record, and as stated above the American record. Scott had awesome splits on the relays of 19.08 in the 50 Free for the 200 Free Relay, 21.49 in the 50 Back for the 200 Medley Relay, and 1:33.20 in the 200 Free on the 800 Free Relay. Individually Scott placed 14th in the 100 Back and 24th in the 100 Free.

Bennett Clark another CSP athlete who is now competing for the Golden Bears of the University of California Berkley also had a fantastic meet in his Senior season. Bennett placed 16th in the 100 Free and 19th in the 50 Free individually. Bennett also competed on two relays for Cal that received All-American honors. The 200 Free and 400 Free relays both took 3rd place at the Championships. Bennett had great splits in both relays of 18.61 in the 50 Free for the 200 Free relay and 41.22 in the 100 Free for the 400 Free Relay. Bennett also anchored Cal's 800 Free Relay which took 10th place. 

Cassie Luhrsen yet another CSP swimmer who is now a Junior at the University of Indiana competed at the Women's NCAA Championships held at Texas A & M a week before the Men's meet. Cassie placed 37th in the 1650 Free.
