CSP Wins 2021 Spring Region VIII Sectionals

We just finished a Great Week of Racing at the Speedo Region VIII Spring Sectionals Meet in Jenks Oklahoma. We were very happy to finally be back at Sectionals racing after the meet was cancelled last year while we are on the bus just 10 miles away from the meet. For the 1^st time, after many runner-up finishes, we have broken through as Team Champions at Sectionals. We also won the award for the team with the most medals at the meet. Our Men’s Team took home the 1^st place Men’s Team trophy, while our Women’s team took home the 2^nd place Women’s Team trophy.

We had 52 athletes qualified for this meet. But with size limitations, covid concerns and contacts we took 36 athletes to the meet. 19 Girls and 16 Boys. We were the biggest team at the meet, with the largest girl and boy entry as well.

Anna Moehn took the 3^rd Place Women’s High Point Trophy.
