13 & Over Long Course Kick Off
For most of our 13 & Over Swimmers, they were able to compete in their first Long Course Meet of the Season and the results were outstanding.
Kledi Kadiu broke our Team Record in the 17 – 18 Boys 50 Free and 100 Breast, while Niko Theodos broke the Pool Record in the 400 Free as well as the Meet Record for the 15 & Over Boys. Also setting individual Meet Records include, Max Marcus (13 – 14 Boys 400 Free) Anna Moehn (15 & Over Girls 400 Free) and Charlotte Brown (13 – 14 Girls 100 Breast).
We also set Meet Records in the 15 & Over Free and Medley Relays for both the Girls and Boys. For the Girls 200 Medley Relay, Sophie Henriksen, Kellen Mottl, Alyssa Dennis and Anna teamed up and for the Girls 200 Free Relay, it was Anna, Sophie, Madelyn Schoedel and Nora Lee Brown. For the Boys 200 Medley Relay, it was Lee Naber, Kledi, Cameron McCrary and Ryan Mauney, while in the 200 Free Relay, Kledi, Ryan, Niko Theodos and Steven Busch teamed together.
In the 13 -14 Age Group, winning events were Jax Bespalko, Charlotte, Avery Cunneen, Max, Cabot Murawski, Kate Punnawaert, Hannah Renaud and Nora Rutkowski. Placing in the Top 8 were Brody Blatt, Casey Chu, Ben Chumley, Asher Cole, Grace Coppel, Joseph DiGuiseppe, Macie DiGuiseppe, Cate Fear, Kearney Foy, Luke Gill, Jacqueline Hu, Grace Kraeger, Caitlin Kuhlmann, Lindsay Naber, Camden Theodos, Emma Welch, Madeleine Williams and Jaden Yarbrough. Placing in the Top 16 were Sonia Archambault, Wenxu He, Charlie Hill, Ari Hoberman, Isabel Phillips, Nina Schuerer, Sophia Snyder, Gretchen Sturm, Lily Ta and Ella Welch. Also swimming in the Long Course Kick Off were Bella Anadkat, Kaitlyn Cragg, Noemi Crall, Chandler Grimm, and Caroline Smith.
In the Girls 200 Medley Relays, Avery, Jacqueline, Nora and Grace won, while Caitlin, Charlotte, Hannah and Lindsay were 3rd, and Lily, Madeleine, Isabel and Macie were 4th. For their 200 Free Relays, Grace, Norah, Avery and Cate were 2nd, Macie, Hannah, Madeleine and Lindsay were 3rd, Grace, Charlotte, Kate and Caitlin were 4th and Nina, Sarah Wallace, Sylvia Hanes and Jacqueline were 8th.
In the Boys 200 Medley Relays, Ben, Cabot, Max and Kearney were 3rd, while Charlie, Jax, Brody and Camden were 4th, and Casey, Luke, Asher and Joe were 7th. In the 200 Free Relays, Max, Cabot, Ben and Kearney were 2nd, while Brody, Luke, Joseph and Charlie were 4th and Camden, Ari, Casey and Asher were 9th.
In the 15 & Over Age Group, winning events were Nora Lee, Sophie, Kledi, Franklin Liu, Ned Mehmeti, Anna, Brooke Punnawaert, JD Suarez, Niko and Willem Thomas. Finishing in the Top 8 were Margaret Beimdiek, MJ Bezzant, Steven, Carsyn Cosman, Trey Cunneen, Alyssa, Sarah Donohue, Sam Ellenhorn, Daniel Garza, Eric Ji, Cameron, Kellen, Campbell Murawski, Lee Naber, Leah Renner, Graham Sagel, Madelyn, Alex Snyder, Xander Theodos, Gavin Thomas, Jillian Thomason, Wil Welch, Hunter Wilson, Emma Wisker and Graham Zucker. In the Top 16 were Laura Bonds, Shelby Bushong, Kathryn Chaves, Ava Craig, Josh Denckhoff, Samuel Garza, Paige Howell, Anya Liu, Ryan Mauney, Juliette Phillips and Stevie Potter. Also competing in the meet were Alex Cohen, Amelia Dino, Sophie Howell, Lucy Maxey and Austin Theodos.
In the Girls Relays, Sarah, Emma, Leah and Madelyn were 2nd while Campbell, Shelby, Jillian and Carsyn were 5th. In the Free Relays, CSP went 1-2-3, with Juliette, Shelby, Carsyn and Emma were 2nd and Kellen, Alyssa, Campbell and Leah were 3rd. For the Boys, they went 1-2-3 on the Medley Relays with JD, Eric, Steven and Graham were 2nd and Franklin, Niko, Ned and Daniel were 3rd. In the Free Relays, Graham, Cameron, Eric and Daniel were 2nd and Ned, Willem, Gavin and Graham Fredman were 4th.
