CSP Swimmers have a Great Meet at NCSA Junior Nationals finishing 3rd as a Team
CSP had 31 athletes attend NCSA Junior Nationals in Huntsville, Alabama this past week from Tuesday August 10th through Saturday August 14th. As a Team we finished in 3rd place which is our lowest finish in Team history. Our boys team finished in 2nd place capturing the boys Runner up team banner. The girls team finished in 5th place. Through the week we set Kledi Kadiu won the 100 Free, 50 Breast, 100 Breast, and 200 Breast. The 50 Breast was a new NCSA record. On the final event of the meet the CSP boys A relay won the 400 Medley relay. In all our athletes broke 16 individual team records and 10 relay team records. We also set 2 new Ozark Individual records and 8 new Ozark Relay records. The boys set all 5 15-18 Ozark Long Course relay records, so now CSP owns all 5 boys and girls 15-18 Long Course relay records. Additionally, we added 3 new Winter Junior National qualifiers: Anna Moehn, JD Suarez, and Niko Theodos. We also added 7 new qualified events for Winter Junior Nationals which will be held in Austin, Texas this December. We now have 7 athletes qualified. All our great accomplishments are listed below:
