CSP wins the Ozark A Champs for a straight Decade

CSP Tideriders won their ninth consecutive Ozark A Team Championship.  This is a decade of dominance by the Tideriders being that there was no meet in 2020!  We had 122 athletes, 700 individual events, and the only team that was able to field all relays in all age groups!

As a Team, we won both the Girls side and the Boys side of the meet.  CSP also won the 10 & Under Girls, 10 & Under Boys, 13 – 14 Girls, 13 – 14 Boys, 15 & Over Girls and 15 & Over Boys.  We were second in both the 11 – 12 Girls and 11 – 12 Boys. 

Individually, we won High Points with Indie Layton (10 & Under Girls), Evan Kim (10 & Under Boys), Austin Chu (11 – 12 Boys), Brody Blatt (13 – 14 Boys) and Josh Noll (15 & Over Boys).  Finishing in second was Nora Lee Brown (15 & Over Girls) and Jax Bradburn (15 & Over Boys).  Third place High Point Winner was Ema Stojicevic (13 – 14 Girls).

Austin Chu continues to break both Team and Ozark Records.  Austin broke Ozark Records in the 50 Fly, 100 Fly, 100 IM and 200 IM for the 11 – 12 Boys, while lowering his own Team Records in the 50 Free and 100 Back.

Our 10 & Unders were dominant all weekend.  Winning individual events were Evan and Indie.  Placing in the Top 8 were Julia Bucci, Annabelle Crall, Paige Haug, Dhathri Kolli, Grace Liu, Tommy Melly, Lucy Meyer, Lucas Theodos, Eli Voss and Finn Ziolkowski.

Our Girls won both the 200 Medley and 200 Free Relays.  Paige, Indie, Grace and Annabelle won the 200 Medley, while Paige, Indie, Annabelle and Lucy won the 200 Free.  Julia, Evelyn Kline, Lucy and Libby Cole were 5^th on the 200 Medley Relay, while Ellie Jones, Evelyn, Grace and Julia were 4^th on the 200 Free Relay.

For the Boys, Dhathri, Eli, Tommy and Evan were 2^nd in the 200 Medley Relay, while Finn, Lucas, Deon Saunders and Sylas Ulrich were 3^rd.  Dhathri, Eli, Evan and Lucas were 2^nd in the 200 Free Relay, while Deon, Boardie Fouke, Finn and Tommy were 3^rd.

In the 11 – 12 Age Group, winning events were Austin (won all 7) and Jacob Corbett.  Placing in the Top 8 were Lucy Baley, Colin Cunneen, Emma Fouke, Marissa Kelley, Prairey Maxwell, Vivie Murphy, Mason Voss, Ali Williams and Kevin Wu.  Placing in the Top 16 were Olive Agustin, Kate Brinton and Maggie Sharp.

The 11 – 12 Girls Relays were very competitive and did a great job:

400 Medley – Prairey, Ali, Marissa and Emma were 2^nd and Lucy, Vivie, Olive and Maggie were 6^th

200 Medley – Marissa, Emma, Lucy and Prairey were 2^nd and Olive, Ali, Kate and Vivie were 5^th

200 Free – Ali, Emma, Vivie and Prairey were 2^nd and Marissa, Maggie, Molly Moriarty and Lucy were 3^rd

400 Free – Ali, Emma, Marissa and Prairey were 3^rd and Molly, Lucy, Maggie and Vivie were 6^th

11 – 12 Boys won all four relays and had great swims in the others:

400 Medley – Austin, Jacob, Colin and Mason 1^st

200 Medley – Mason, Jacob, Austin and Kevin 1^st and Colin, Charlie Fan, Samuel Ulrich and Graham Hall were 4^th

200 Free – Austin, Mason, Kevin and Colin were 1^st and Charlie, Christian Chang, Jacob and Graham were 4^th

400 Free – Austin, Mason, Colin and Jacob were 1^st and Graham, Charlie, Christian and Kevin were 4^th

In the 13 – 14 Age Groups, winning events were Brody and Charlotte Brown.  Placing in the Top 8 were Reese Anderson, Keegan Brown, Claire Chumley, Harrison Frost, Sam Hoberman, Aiden Kim, Jessa Lee, Maitland Michaelson, Henry Mura, Mia Panic, Noel Rice, Ema, Camden Theodos and Cole Warnke.  Finishing in the Top 16 were Max Boevingloh, Gio Bucci, Elise Hamelink, Jordyn Hamrah, Olivia Hanes and Will Plassmeyer.  Also swimming with the 13 – 14 Year Olds were Norah Cooke, Gigi Demaggio and Sienna Kelley.

The 13 – 14 Relays were very strong, with the Boys winning 3 of their 5 relays.

800 Free Relays

Girls – Charlotte, Ema, Claire and Noel were 2^nd while Reese, Mia, Jessa and Olivia were 6^th

Boys – Brody, Camden, Harrison and Aiden won while Henry, Sam, Keegan and Cole were 4^th

400 Medley Relays

Girls – Claire, Charlotte, Ema and Noel were 3^rd and Mia, Reese, Maitland and Elise were 5^th

Boys – Brody, Harrison, Aiden and Camden won while Sam, Max, Keegan and Cole were 6^th

200 Medley Relays

Girls – Claire, Charlotte, Ema and Noel were 3^rd, while Mia, Reese, Maitland and Elise were 6^th

Boys – Brody, Aiden, Harrison and Camden were 2^nd and Sam, Max, Keegan and Cole were 7^th

400 Free Relays

Girls – Charlotte, Noel, Claire and Reese were 3^rd and Ema, Mia, Maitland and Elise were 6^th

Boys – Brody, Camden, Harrison and Aiden won, while Sam, Cole, Max and Henry were 6^th

200 Free Relays

Girls – Noel, Claire, Charlotte and Reese were 3^rd with Ema, Mia, Maitland and Elise in 6^th

Boys – Brody, Harrison, Camden and Aiden were 2^nd, while Cole, Max, Sam and Henry were 7^th

With the 15 & Over Age Group, winning events were MJ Bezzant, Jax, Nora Lee, Caroline Foltz, Max Marcus, Josh and Hannah Renaud.  Placing in the Top 8 were Ella Arbeiter, Kathryn, Ben Chumley, Ava Craig, Avery Cunneen, Trey Cunneen, Wills Dino, Everdine Ferguson, Daniel Garza, Jacqueline Hu, Grace Kraeger, Caitlin Kuhlmann, Samantha Lee, Sean McGinley, Campbell Murawski, Lindsay Naber, Ruby Nussbaum, Juliette Phillips, Kate Punnewaert, Leah Renner, Norah Rutkowski, Madelyn Schoedel, Brooke Shadduck, Sophia Snyder, JD Suarez, Xander Theodos, Emma Wisker, Jaden Yarbrough and Graham Zucker.  Finishing in the Top 16 were Drew Baker, Ashlyn Canale, Casey Chu, Asher Cole, Josh Denckhoff, Kearney Foy, Charlie Hill, Emma Kaemmerer, Brett Ninneman, Isabell Phillips, Graham Sagel, Nina Schuerer and Alex Snyder.  Also swimming at the Ozark A Championship Meet were Karson Bluette, Amelia Dino, Cate Fear, Cabot Murawski, Sarah Wallace, Ella Welch, Emma Welch, Meg Willmann and Hunter Wilson,.

The 15 & Over Girls and Boys Relays were dominant, with the Girls winning 2 of the 5 Relay and the Boys were a perfect 5 for 5.

800 Free Relays:

Girls – Nora Lee, Campbell, Kathryn and Ella won while Leah, Emma, Hannah and Brooke were 3^rd

Boys – Josh, Jax, Trey and Jaden won while Daniel, Xander, Kearney and Graham were 5^th

400 Medley Relays:

Girls – Avery, Caroline, Norah and Campbell were 2^nd and Madelyn, MJ, Leah and Juliette were 4^th

Boys – Graham, Daniel, JD and Josh were 1^st and Ben, Jax, Xander and Kearney were 5^th

200 Medley Relays:

Girls – Avery, MJ, Norah and Campbell were 2^nd and Madelyn, Nora Lee, Leah and Juliette were 3^rd

Boys – Graham, Daniel, JD and Josh were 1^st and Ben, Jax, Xander and Sean were 3^rd

200 Free Relays:

Girls – Campbell, Madelyn, Juliette and Norah were 1^st and Lindsay, Leah, Brooke and Ella were 4^th

Boys – Josh, Jax, Graham and Max were 1^st and Sean, Kearney, Asher and Xander were 6^th

400 Free Relays:

Girls – Campbell, Madelyn, Juliette and Nora Lee were 2^nd and Leah, Norah, Kathryn and Hannah were 4^th

Boys – Josh, Jax, Graham and JD were 1^st and Max, Kearney, Asher and Xander were 6^th
