CSP Races to a Second Place Finish at Senior Champs

With a week left before Sectionals, CSP sent a limited number of swimmers to this year’s Senior Champs and swam to a strong second place finish.  Austin Chu broke another Ozark Record, 200 Back and a Team Record, 200 Free at this meet.

Winning events were Austin, Asher Cole, Charlie Hill, Cohen Osborn, Mia Panic and Noel Rice.  Placing in the Top 8 were Reese Anderson, Wills Dino, Sam Ellenhorn, Cate Fear, Everdine Ferguson, Daniel Garza, Aiden Kim, Jessa Lee, Sean McGinley, Henry Mura, Brett Ninneman, Isabel Phillips, Graham Sagel, Alex Snyder, Sophia Snyder, Emma Welch and Jaden Yarbrough.  Finishing in the Top 16 were Drew Baker, Keegan Brown, Casey Chu, Liv Hanes, Wenxu He, Maitland Michaelson, Nina Schuerer, Sarah Wallace, Ella Welch and Meg Willmann.  Placing in the Top 24 were Grady Ashley, Austin Theodos and Amir Yuldashev.  Also swimming at the meet were Max Boevingloh, Gio Bucci, Kaitlyn Cragg, Colin Cunneen, Elise Hamelink, Sienna Kelley, Caitlin Kuhlmann, Lauren Randall and Hunter Wilson.

In the 400 Medley Relays, Mia, Alex, Everdine and Cate were 5^th and Emma, Reese, Isabel and Sophia were 9^th for the Girls, while Charlie, Austin, Cohen and Grady were 6^th and Wills, Drew, Wenxu and Hunter were 10^th for the Boys.

In the 400 Free Relays, Noel, Reese, Cate and Mia were 5^th and Sarah, Everdine, Nina and Sophia were 8^th for the Girls, while for the Boys, Sean, Cohen, Grady and Asher were 2^nd and Daniel, Graham, Jaden and Hunter were 7^th.
