Tideriders Shine for Team Ozark at Zones

At this past weekends Central Zone 14 & Under Championship, the Tideriders helped to represent Ozark in a big way!  Current CSP athletes did outstanding.  It was a tough weekend with air quality issues, and while some swimmers were not able to continue due to health concerns, others were able to finish it out.  Head Ozark Zones Coach, Chris Etherington, was able to lead the Team to a 3rd place finish!

Emma Fouke was the 11 – 12 Girls High Point Winner (at only 11) and set a new Team Record in the 200 Free.  Austin Chu set new 13 – 14 Boys Team Records in the 50 Back and 100 Fly.

With the 10 & Unders, placing in the Top 6 was Eli Voss, Nicholas Zagromov, and Finn Ziolkowski while Timmy Chen, and Parker Robic both placed in the Top 16.

On Relays, Julia Bucci was on the Girls 200 Free 3rd Place Relay and 6th on the 200 Medley Relay, while Sloane Langdon was on the 11th Place 200 Free Relay.  For the Boys, Eli, Parker, and Nicholas were on the 9th Place 200 Free Relay, while Deon Saunders, Timmy, Boardie Fouke, and Finn were on the 11th place team.  In the 200 Medley Relays, Finn, Nicholas, and Eli were 4th while Deon, Parker, Timmy, and Boardie were 8th.

In the 11 – 12 Age Group, winning events were Emma (4) and Jacob Corbett (2).  Scoring in the Top 8 were Prairey Maxwell, Vivie Murphy, and Mason Voss.  Placing in the Top 16 were Charlie Fan, Evan Kim, Grayson Langdon, Riley Muran and Dravya Pradhan. 

Emma and Jacob were part of the Zone Champion Mixed Medley Relay, while Grayson was on the team that finished 9th

In the 200 Free Relays, Emma’s team was 4th, while Vivie and Prairey were on the 10th Place team for the Girl’s and for the Boys, Mason and Jacob were on the 3rd Place team, while Charlie, Dravya and Evan finished 15th.

In the 400 Free Relays, Emma and Prairey’s team were 4th and Vivie and Marissa Kelley were on the Team that finished 9th.  Jacob and Mason once again were on the 3rd Place team while Grayson, Charlie and Evan’s team finished 10th

In the 13 – 14 Age Group, Ema Stojicevic won the 200 Fly, while finishing in the Top 8 were Austin, Claire Chumley, Reilly Curry, Aiden Kim, Mia Panic and Payton Robic.  Placing in the Top 16 were Reese Anderson, Henry Mura, Noel Rice, and Cole Warke.

Austin was part of the Zones Champion 13 – 14 Mixed Medley Relay, while Claire, Payton and Aiden were in 8th.

In the 200 Free Relays, for the Girls, Noel was on the 7th Place Team, while Kinleigh Neville, Reese and Laine Curry were in 10th.  Aiden and Austin helped the Boys to a 3rd Place Finish, while Cole was on the 6th place team.

In the 400 Free Relays, Reilly was on the 7th Place team, while Kinleigh, Laine and Claire helped their team to a 12th Place finish.  For the Boys, Aiden helped the team to 2nd place and Cole anchored the 12th place team. 

Keegan Brown and Kennedy Chrun also competed with the team for the 13 – 14-Year-Old Age Group.
